Christmas ornaments have always been an important part of our holiday tradition. In my family, Christmas ornaments commemorate special events and important milestones reach during the previous year. My parents started my collection the year I was born, in 1981, and it has grown each year since. Family and friends have contributed, and I have inherited a few special ornaments from others' collections.

Russell's family maintains a similar tradition. When we got married, ballerinas joined with trains and airplanes to decorate our first christmas tree.

We created this website to keep a record of all of our ornaments—when we received them, who they came from, and special notes about each.
